SINGAPORE – 5 January 2010: Contiki Holidays, the worldwide leader in holidays designed especially for 18 to 35 year-olds, has renewed its partnership with Netball Singapore to host the Contiki Beach Netball Festival.  Into its second consecutive year, this year’s event will be held on the hottest spot in Sentosa, the Wave House @ Siloso Beach on Sunday 7 March 2010 from 9am to 6pm.

In tandem with Contiki’s trademark tours for only 18 to 35 year-olds, Netball Singapore will be organising three categories for this one-day event:

• Women’s Under 23 – JC and Tertiary Institutions Only
• Women’s Open – Ages 18 to 35 Only
• Mixed Open – Ages 18 to 35 Only

The top team from each category will walk away with a grand price of S$1,000 in cash. Cash prizes of S$500 and S$300 will be awarded to the runners up and third placing for each of the categories respectively.

With a string of fringe activities happening on the day at Wave House, supporters can expect lots of fun and excitement.  Admission to the event is free for the public.
